Refund Policy – AUS Vins Check

Our priority is to provide you with accurate, government-sourced vehicle reports. Because AUS Vins Check reports are retrieved directly from the official PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) and NEVDIS databases, we follow strict refund guidelines.

1. Standard Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After 1 Hour: Refunds are not available once the report has been processed or delivered, as data retrieval from PPSR is instant and non-reversible.

2. Exceptional Cases

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

  • System Error: If our system fails to deliver your report.

  • Duplicate Order: If you accidentally placed multiple identical orders for the same VIN.

  • Incorrect Report (Our Error): If the report delivered does not match the VIN you entered.

⚠️ Important:

  • If you enter the wrong VIN, we cannot guarantee a refund, as PPSR/NEVDIS charges per VIN search. However, you can contact us immediately, and we will review your case individually.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit the Refund Form available on our website.

  • Processing Time: All valid refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
