Refund Policy – AUS Vins Check
Our priority is to provide you with accurate, government-sourced vehicle reports. Because AUS Vins Check reports are retrieved directly from the official PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) and NEVDIS databases, we follow strict refund guidelines.
1. Standard Refunds

Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

After 1 Hour: Refunds are not available once the report has been processed or delivered, as data retrieval from PPSR is instant and non-reversible.
2. Exceptional Cases
We may issue a refund in the following situations:

System Error: If our system fails to deliver your report.

Duplicate Order: If you accidentally placed multiple identical orders for the same VIN.

Incorrect Report (Our Error): If the report delivered does not match the VIN you entered.
Important:

If you enter the wrong VIN, we cannot guarantee a refund, as PPSR/NEVDIS charges per VIN search. However, you can contact us immediately, and we will review your case individually.
3. How to Request a Refund
